B超诊断新生儿锁骨骨折的价值

探讨Ｂ超诊断新生儿锁骨骨折的可行性。对临床上怀疑有锁骨骨折的新生儿先行Ｂ超检查，再摄Ｘ片确诊。结果：Ｂ超诊断新生儿锁骨骨折与摄Ｘ片诊断高度相关，诊断符合率９６．２３％，结果表明用该法诊断新生儿锁骨骨折具有无创、简单、易行等优点，避免了Ｘ线的损伤，可以作为新生儿锁骨骨折的确诊手段。

The Value of Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Neonatal Clavicular Fractures

This study was taken to investigate the feasibility to use ultrasonography in the diagnosis of neonatal clavicular fractures. 17 newborns who were suspected to have clavicular fractures accepted sonagraphic examinations. After that, plain X-rays were also perfoumed to demonstrate the fractures. Results: Sonography was demonstrated perfectly correlated with plain X-rays in the diagnosis of neonatal clavicular fractures and the coincidence rate was 96 32%. It can be sued in the diagnosis of neonatal clavicular fractures, being quite simple to perform, avoiding the use of ionizing radiation.
