妊娠高血压综合征病人血清瘦素与血脂水平的关系

①目的探讨妊娠高血压综合征(妊高征)病人血清瘦素水平与血脂水平的关系.②方法测定了48例妊高征病人(妊高征组)及50例正常妊娠妇女(对照组)血清瘦素、胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平.③结果妊高征组血清瘦素水平明显高于对照组(t=2.46,P<0.05).妊高征组与对照组比较,三酰甘油水平明显升高(t=2.18,P<0.05);高密度脂蛋白胆固醇明显减低(t=2.35,P<0.05).妊高征病人血清瘦素水平与三酰甘油水平呈明显正相关(r=0.73,P<0.01);与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平呈明显负相关(r=-0.57,P<0.05).④结论妊高征病人血清瘦素水平升高与脂质代谢紊乱密切相关.

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN LEPTIN LEVELS AND METABOLISM OF LIPIDS IN PREGNANCY-INDUCED HYPERTENSION

Objective To investigate the relationship between the serum leptin level and metabolism of lipids in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension(PIH). Methods Serum levels of leptin, cholesterol(TC), triglyceroles(TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) were measured in 48 cases of PIH(PIH group) and 50 cases of normal pregnant women (control group). Results The leptin levels were significantly higher in the PIH group than in the control group(t=2.46, P<0.05); TG levels were higher but HDL-C levels were lower(t=2.18, 2.35; P<0.05). A strong correlation existed between the leptin levels of and the levels of TG and HDL-C(r=0.73,-0.57; P<0.05). Conclusion The increased serum levels of leptin correlates to the metabolism disorders of serum lipids in PIH patients.
