口服胰岛素毫微球对糖尿病大鼠的降糖作用

摘    要:目的 研制一种生物利用度高适合餐后血糖变化模式的胰岛素口服制剂。方法 应用自制的甲基丙烯酸Ⅲ胰岛素毫微球给糖尿病大鼠口服 ,观察用药后血糖变化。结果 糖尿病大鼠口服甲基丙烯酸Ⅲ胰岛素毫微球后 ,血糖在 0 5小时开始降低 ,1~ 3小时达高峰 ,7小时内血糖维持在较低水平 ,胰岛素水溶液和不含胰岛素的毫微球无降血糖作用。结论 甲基丙烯酸Ⅲ胰岛素毫微球降糖作用明显 ,符合餐后血糖变化模式。

Abstract:Objective To manufacture a high bioavailability oral insulin that fit the blood glucose change after meals.Methods The diabetic rats was fed to the our-made methacrylic acid oral microspheres containing insulin.The serum glucose level was determined between 30 min and 7 hours after administration of the methacrylic acid oral microspheres containing insulin.Results The first time of hypoglycemic effect was 30 min.The time of the most hypoglycemic effect was from one to three hours.The hypoglycemic effect maintained within seven hours.Conclusion The methacrylic acid oral microspheres containing insulin played significant hypoglycemic effects and fit the blood glucose change after meals.
