不同年龄冠心病患者临床特点与冠状动脉造影特点的临床分析

目的：探讨不同年龄组冠心病（coronary heart disease,CHD）患者的临床及冠状动脉造影（CAG）特点。方法：将240例CHD患者,根据年龄分为中青年组（年龄〈60岁,n=80）、老年组（年龄≥60岁,n=160）,对两组患者一般资料、血生化指标及CAG结果进行分析,并经统计学处理。结果：中青年组高血压并发率低于老年组（P〈0.05）。中青年组以单支病变为主,而老年组以多支病变较多（P〈0.05）,老年组右冠状动脉病变高于中青年组（P〈0.05）,老年组弥漫长病变多于中青年组（P〈0.05）。结论：不同年龄组CHD有不同的临床和CAG特点,不同年龄人群应采取有针对性的CHD防治措施。

Analysis of the Clinical Characteristics and the Results of Coronary Angiography of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease in Two Different Age Groups

Objective：To investigate the clinical characteristics and the results of coronary angiography in different age groups of patients with coronary heart disease （CHD）.Method：240 cases of CHD patients were divided into middle-aged group （age 60 years old,n=80）,old-aged group （age ≥ 60 years old,n=1600） according to the age.Their clinical data,biochemical indicators and results of CAG were compared and analyzed statistically.Result：There were less patients with hypertension in the middle-aged group than in the old-aged group（P 0.05）.More single-vessel lesion happend in the middle-aged,and multiple vessel diseases occurred more frequently in the old-aged（P0.05）.Right coronary artery lesions were more frequently observed in the old-aged than the middle-aged（P0.05）.There were more diffuse lesions in the old-aged group than in the middle-aged group（P0.05）.Conclusion：CHD in different age groups have different characteristics in clinical and CAG.People in different age groups should prevent different things.
