胃肠激素对结肠运动的调节作用

结肠运动除了受神经系统的调控外,还受胃肠道激素的影响,后者不依赖于神经系统而对结肠运动发挥作用,二者协同可对结肠功能发挥精密的调节作用。因此,胃肠肽类激素对结肠运动也有重要的调节作用。由神经末梢、内分泌及旁分泌细胞释放的这些化学物质可作用于中枢神经系统、自主神经系统、肠神经系统或肌细胞以刺激或抑制结肠收缩。现对胃肠激素对结肠运动的调节作用予以综述。

Regulatory Effect of Gastrointestinal Hormone on Colon Movement

Colon movement can be affected by gastrointestinal hormre besides the regulatory of nerve system,which can exert effects on the colon movement independing on nerve system. The cooperation of this two factors can regulate the colon function precisely. So gastrointestinal hormone have important regulatory effect on colon movement. These chemical materials released by nerve terminal, endocrine, paracrine cells can act on central nerve system, antomatic nervous system, enteric nervous system, or myocyte, and then stimulate or inhibit the colon contraction. This article reviews regulatory effect of gastrointestinal hormone on colon movement.
