宫颈癌组织中hMLM 1及hMSH 2表达的研究

摘    要:目的探讨hMLM1及hMSH2在宫颈癌组织中的表达、相互关系及临床意义。方法49例宫颈癌为试验组,慢性宫颈炎及正常宫颈组织共20例为对照组。采用免疫组化SP法分别检测hMLM1及hMSH2在各组中的表达情况。结果宫颈癌组织中hMLH 1、hMSH 2的阳性表达率分别为55.1%(27/49)、63.27%(31/49),显著高于正常宫颈上皮组织中的表达,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论hMLM1及hMSH2与宫颈癌的发生、发展密切相关。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the expression and correlation between hMLH1 and hMSH2 in patients with cervical cancer.Methods The expressions of hMLH1 and hMSH2 were detected by immunohistochemistry staining in 49 specimens of cervical cancer and 20 specimens of normal cervical tissue.Results The positive rates of hMLH1 and hMSH2 in cervical cancer were 55.1%(27/49) and 63.27%(31/49) respectively.The expressions of hMLH1 and hMSH2 were significantly higher in tissue of cervical cancer than those in normal cervical tissue(P〈0.05).The hMLH1 was positively correlated with hMSH2 ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion The hMLH1 and hMSH2 are related to the occurrence and development of cervical cancer, and they may play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer.
