| 摘 要： | 目的建立复方甘草酸苷注射液中甘草酸的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,以0.1mol.L-1的醋酸铵溶液-乙腈-冰醋酸(70∶30∶0.5)为流动相,流速是1.0mL.min-1,检测波长254nm,进样量为20μL。结果甘草酸线性范围为0.05~0.25mg.mL-1(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.3%(RSD=0.67%),最小检出量2.75ng。结论该方法能准确、可靠地对复方甘草酸苷注射液中的甘草酸进行定量检测,能有效地控制该制剂的质量。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVETo establish a method for determining the content of glycyrrhizic acid in Compound Glycyrrhizn Injection.METHODSThe high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was used to analyze quantitatively the content of Glycyrrhizin in Compound Glycyrrhizin injection with a column of Sinochrom-C18(5μm,4.6mm×250mm).The mobile phase was 0.1mol·L-1 ammonium acetate-acetonitrile-acetic acid(70∶30∶0.5) and flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the detection wavelength was 254nm,the injection volume was 20μL.RESULTSThe precision and stability were fine.The linear range of calibration curve was 0.05～0.25mg·mL-1(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 100.03% and the RSD was 0.67%(n=6).The minimum detectable amount was 2.75ng.CONCLUSIONThis method was precise and reliable to determine quantitatively the glycyrrhizin in Compound Glycyrrhizin injection. |
