手助腹腔镜左肝巨大肝癌切除6例报告

目的:探讨手助腹腔镜左肝巨大肝癌切除的可行性和安全性。方法:病变位于左肝的巨大肝癌6例中肝细胞癌4例,肝内胆管细胞癌1例,肝转移性鳞癌1例。采用手助腹腔镜行左肝规则性切除术。结果:6例手助腹腔镜肝切除术均获成功,肝左外叶和左半肝切除各3例,平均手术时间109.2m in,平均出血量83.3m l,术后无严重并发症发生,术后平均住院8.3d。结论:只要病例选择得当,手助腹腔镜切除左肝巨大肝癌是安全可行的。

Hand-assisted laparoscopic hepatectomy for huge left liver cancer:a report of 6 cases

Objective:To study the feasibility and safety of hand-assisted laparoscopic hepatectomy for huge left liver cancer.Methods:Six cases with huge left liver cancer underwent hand-assisted laparoscopic hepatectomy including 4 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma,1 case of cholangiocellular carcinoma,1 case of hepatic metastatic squamous carcinoma.Results:The operation were completed safely in 6 cases including 3 left hemihepatectomies and 3 left lateral segmentectomies.Mean surgical time was 109.2min.Mean blood loss was 83.3ml.No severe postoperative complications occurred.The mean postoperative hospitalization was 8.3 days.Conclusions:Hand-assisted laparoscopic hepatectomy for huge left liver cancer resection is feasible and safe for selected patients.
