ADC值与腰椎间盘退变的相关性研究

目的 探讨腰椎间盘ADC(Apparent Diffusion Coefficient)值在腰椎间盘退变中的价值.方法 分析比较82例受试者腰椎间盘ADC值与椎间盘解剖位置及腰椎间盘退变Pfirrmann分级的相关性.结果 腰椎间盘ADC值与Pfirrmann分级有很好的相关性.在Pfirrmann分级1、2级椎间盘,ADC值与椎间盘位置有明显相关性,在Pfirrmann分级3、4级椎间盘ADC值与推间盘位置无明显相关性.结论 腰椎间盘 ADC值可以很好的体现腰椎间盘退变的程度,并可以进行量化分析.

Study on relationship betwee lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration and apparent diffusion coefficient

Objective To explore the value of apparent diffusion coefficient（ADC） in the lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration. Methods Comparison of ADC values in 410 discs was performed at the different anatomic levels and different Pfirrmann grades in 82 patients. Results The ADC values was significantly correlated with Pfirrmann grades in different discs, but not in different anatomic levels. ADC values of Grades Ⅰ and Ⅱ discs were significantly correlated with different anatomic levels. ADC values of Grades Ⅲ and Ⅳ discs were not correlated with different anatomic levels. Conclusion ADC values of the lumber intervertebral discs are correlated with increasing Pfirrmann grade. The results of this study support the feasibility of quantitatively assessing spinal degeneration.
