肺内支气管动脉与肺动脉吻合的形态学研究

目的 为肺部疾病的诊治提供形态学基础，方法 选用４０例肺血管灌注标本和８例肺腐蚀铸型标本进行观测。结果 支气管动脉与肺动脉间存在大于毛细血管的吻合，在４０例成人肺标本中，其中８例发现吻合１０处。这些吻合支位于支气管壁，肺动脉壁和肺胸膜内，吻合方式有端－侧和端－端两种，吻合支长度为４．２～３２．７ｍｍ外径为７４～７９９μｍ。结论 支气管动脉与肺动脉的吻合具有重要的临床意义。

MORPHOLOGY OF THE ANASTOMOSES BETWEEN THE BRONCHIALAND PULMONARY ARTERIES IN THE HUMAN LUNG

Objective: To offer a morphological basis for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the lungs Methods: The materials were from 40 adult cadaveric lungs with arterial injections of red and blue natural latex and from 8 cast corrosion preparations of the pulmonary vessels The anatomical observation and measure were made on the anastomoses between the bronchial and pulmonary arteries Results: Anastomoses larger than capillaries exist between the bronchial and pulmonary arteries 10 anastomotic vessels were discovered in the eight lungs of 40 sides adult lungs These anastomoses were located on the wall of bronchi and pulmonary arteries, and in the visceral pleura The anastomoses were end to side or end to end The diameter of the anastomotic vessels ranged from 74 to 799m,and their length from 42 to 327 mm Conclusion: Anastomoses between the bronchial and pulmonary arteries can provide an important clinical significance
