阿米替林合并认知疗法治疗老年抑郁症效果对照研究

目的评价阿米替林合并认知疗法对老年抑郁症的治疗效果。方法将符合CCMD-3诊断标准的86例老年抑郁症患者随机分为两组,治疗组给予阿米替林合并认知疗法治疗,对照组给予阿米替林治疗,疗程12周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定临床疗效及副反应量表(TESS)评定副作用。结果治疗组治疗显效率(83.95%)显著高于对照组(61.90%),u=5.83,P<0.05。治疗组治疗后4、8、12周HAMD评分优于对照组(P均<0.01)。结论阿米替林合并认知疗法治疗老年抑郁症效果优于单用阿米替林。

The clinical outcomes of Amitriptyline in combination with cognitive therapy for the treatment of senile depression

Objective To evaluate the clinical outcomes of Amitriptyline plus cognitive therapy in the treatment of senile depression.Methods 86 patients who met the CCMD-3 criteria of senile depression were randomly allocated to therapeutic group and control group.The therapeutic group received Amitriptyline plus cognitive therapy,and the control group was given Amitriptyline alone,12 weeks for one treatment cycle.The clinical efficacy was evaluated by HAMD and the side effects were assessed by TESS.Results The complete response rate in the therapeutic group was higher than that in control group.The excellent rate was 83.95% vs.61.90%(u=5.83,P<0.05).At 4,8 and 12 weeks after treatment,the HAMD scores in the therapeutic group were higher than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Amitriptyline plus cognitive therapy is superior to Amitriptyline alone in treatment of senile depression.
