小切口额颞部皮肤提紧骨膜固定除皱术

目的：探讨小切口额颞部皮肤提紧除皱术后如何选择对前额及颞部皮肤有效的固定方法。方法：采用小切口并在正中及双侧颞部发际内冠状缝合全层，将术中提紧的软组织用10号丝线缝合固定在骨膜上并加压包扎。结果：本组30例患者，除皱效益明显26例，较术有有所改善4例。其中9例术后48h顶部均有少量积血，术后5－7天可完全吸收，1例出现顶部大面积血肿，其余20例放置引流后，无此并发症发生。结论：骨膜缝合固定术的方法操作简单，有效防止了上提组织的垂落及并发站的发生，并解决了短发及男性患者不易行此项手术的难题，有效地保证了小切口额颞部皮肤提紧的良好效果。

Frontotemporal skin lifting rhytidectomy with small incisions of the periosteum fixation

Objective : To study the efficacious fixation of the frontotemporal skin in the surgery of frontotemporal lifting with small incision. Methods : After the frontotemporal wrinkles were smoothed out by pulling the scalp upward and backward to the vertex, coronal suture and fix the whole layer scalp to the periosteum and then pressor bandage. Results : In total 30 patients, 26 cases obtained satisfactory dinical results, the other 4 cases improved. The first 9 cases have a modicum accumulated blood in vertex which can be absorbed within 5-7 days. Only one case have large area hematoma. The other20 case placed drainage and no such complication took place. Conclusions: The periosteum fixation is a simple and reliable wrinkle smooth operation with easier bandaging and less complication. This method is fit for short hair cases especially male cases.
