| 摘 要： | 目的:分析妊娠期糖尿病对母婴的影响。方法:对86例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇与86例正常孕妇妊娠结局进行分析。结果:妊娠期糖尿病组妊高征、胎儿窘迫、剖宫产、早产、巨大儿、新生儿窒息、新生儿低血糖发生率高于对照组。结论:妊娠期糖尿病严重影响母婴健康,应该及时发现此病并控制血糖,降低母婴并发症。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the effect of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) on maternity and infant health.Methods:The pregnancy outcome of 86 GDM patients and 86 healthy pregnant women who delivered in this hospital were analyzed.Results:The group of GDM had higher risk of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy, fetal distress, cesarean operation rate, premature delivery, fetal macrosomia infant asphyxia and infant hypoglycemia than control group.Conclusion:The GDM seriously affects health of mother and baby, so it should be early diagnosed and the blood glucose should be controlled to reduce the complicating diseases on mother and baby. |
