| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨软组织透明肉瘤的影像表现.方法 分析2例软组织透明细胞肉瘤的CT表现,并复习相关文献.结果 本2例均为老年女性,病灶均为单发,CT表现为明显的软组织肿块,密度减低,不均匀；1例伴相邻部位骨质溶骨性破坏.结论 透明细胞肉瘤的影像表现无特异性,确诊仍需病理检查. |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the soft tissue sarcoma in the transparent.Method Analysis of 2 cases of clear cell sarcoma of soft tissue CT expression,and review of the literature.Results The 2 cases were elderly women,lesions are solitary,CT showed a soft tissue mass,low density,uneven;1 cases with adjacent bone osteolytic destruction.Conclusion Clear cell sarcoma of the image presentation is nonspecific,diagnosis is still required for pathological examination. |
