| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨CT引导下穿刺活检技术及其临床应用.方法 对62例CT引导下穿刺活检病例进行回顾性分析.结果 44例穿刺结果为恶性肿瘤,18例为良性.后经手术和随访证实其中15例为肯定性阴性,假阴性3例.结论 CT导引下穿刺活检技术安全、适用,能为临床提供准确的诊断. |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the puncture technology of biopsy and it,s clinical application leading on CT.Methods To retrospectively analysis the 62 cases leading on CT by puncture biopsy.Results The 44 cases in puncture yesults are matignant tumots,the other 18 cases are benign:in the end,to be proved by surgery and follow-up that the 15 cases are positinely negative,the other 3 cases are false negative.Conclusion The puncture technology of biopsy leading on CT is safe and applicable,and can provide exact diagnosis for the clinic. |
