羊水过少胎儿超声引导下脐静脉穿刺术的探讨

目的探讨羊水过少的胎儿经母腹脐静脉穿刺技术的可行方法。方法对于羊水过少的孕妇,先给予羊膜腔推注生理盐水100-200ml,再行脐静脉穿刺。结果 21例补充生理盐水后脐静脉穿刺术无一例失败。3例未补充生理盐水的孕妇均未获得脐带血标本。其中21例补充生理盐水的孕妇穿刺术一次成功16例;染色体培养结果2例异常核型分别为:46,XYqh-和46,22P-,异常比例为9.5%。结论对妊娠合并羊水过少的孕妇,胎儿染色体异常风险较高,补充生理盐水后进行脐静脉穿刺是一项较安全、简单、易行的产前诊断取材技术。

Discussion of Umbilical Vein Puncture to Oligohydramions Pregnant Women

Objective To discuss the possibility of percutaneous umbilical vein puncture to oligohydramions pregnant women.Methods The patients who perform percutaneous umbilical vein puncture while with oligohydramions,injecting physiological saline before the puncture.Results There are no failure for 21 cases of percutaneous umbilical vein puncture after the supplement while 16 cases have first puncture success,while 3 cases failure for which without supplement.The karyotype are 46,XYqh-and 46,22P-,while the ratio of disorder is 9.5%.Conclustion Injecting physiological saline before percutaneous umbilical vein puncture is a safety,simply and easy method for those pregnancy women with oligohydramions performing prenatal diagnosis.
