呕必停改进方案预防大剂量顺铂所致迟发性恶心呕吐的临床观察

 目的　观察单用呕必停与呕必停联用地塞米松、胃复安预防大剂量顺铂所致恶心呕吐的效果。方法　病人分为两组 ,一组单用呕必停 (对照组 ) ,一组应用呕必停联合地塞米松、胃复安 (观察组 ) ,共观察 4天。顺铂用量 4 0～ 6 0mg/m2 。结果　控制迟发呕吐有效率 :在观察组为 93.8% (平均 ) ,对照组为 73.9% (平均 ) ,控制迟发恶心有效率 :观察组为 91.8% (平均 ) ,对照组为 6 8.7% (平均 ) ,有明显差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但急性反应有效率两组无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　对大剂量顺铂引起的迟发恶心、呕吐有效率 ,观察组效果明显优于对照组 ,而急性反应两组效果差异不明显。

A Clinical Observation of Tropisetron in Combination with Dexa methasone and Methclopramide in the prevention of High Dose Cisplatin-induced DelayedNausea and Emesis

Objective Single Tropisetron and Tropisetron with others in the prevention of delaged high dose Cisplatin|induced nausea and emesis were studied.Methods Two groups patients were observed.One group used Tropisetron single (control group)and another used Tropisetron with Dexamethasone and methclopramide(Test group).They were observed four days.The dose of Cisplatin was in range of 40～60mg/m 2.
