| 摘 要： | 目的:观察表皮生长因子对口腔溃疡的促愈合作用及其受体在溃疡愈合过程中的表达变化方法:金黄地鼠125只随机分成3组,实验组采用EGF,对照组采用生理盐水局部喷涂,以正常动物组作为基线对照.观察溃疡愈合天数、溃疡面积变化及局部组织EGFR的表达改变.结果:实验组EGF可有效促进溃疡愈合,创面愈合率显著高于对照组;并且局部新生组织EGFR表达显著高于对照组,至溃疡愈合时恢复至正常动物水平结论:EGF可通过刺激局部组织EGFR的表达从而促进口腔溃疡愈合. |

| Abstract: | Objective:The purpose of the study was to observe the effect of EGF for treatment of oral ulcer and the expression of EGFR in the duration of ulcer healing.Methods:One hundred and twenty seven golden hamster were divided into three groups:EGF group (EGF applied for local treatment);N S group (N S applied);control group (animals without treatment).The ulcer healing time,changes of ulcer area and the expression of EGFR in healing tissues were investigated.Results:EGF treatment effectively accelerated the oral ulcer healing time.The healing rate of the EGF group was higher than that of N S group.The expression of EGFR in ulcer tissue of EGF group showed significantly more intense than in N S group during the healing process and returned to the level of normal animals in the end of healing.Conclusion:EGF can accelerate oral ulcer healing by stimulating EGFR expression. |
