| 细胞外基质对小鼠肺腺癌不同转移潜能细胞运动性的影响 | |

| 摘 要： | 利用体外实验方法，观察细胞外基质对ＬＡ７８５细胞系具不同转移潜能亚系体外移动能力的影响，将亚系瘤细胞形成的球体放入混有纤维粘连蛋白（ＦＮ）或层粘连蛋白（ＬＮ）之培养液中培养，培养不同时间进行瘤细胞移出距离测定。结果表明：ＦＮ或ＬＮ能促进转移潜能较强的ＬＡ５亚系和转移潜能较弱的ＬＡ１亚系的运动，其中以ＬＡ５亚系移动更快，说明ＦＮ或ＬＮ与肿瘤细胞侵袭转移能力有关，且高转移的瘤细胞与ＬＮ，ＦＮ的相互作用 |

| Abstract: | he in vitro migration of LA1 ,LA5 variants of mouse lung adenocarcinoma(LA795)withdifferent metastatic potentials were examined.Spheroid aggregates of LA1,LA5 cells were pre-pared by cultivation of cell suspension on a gyratory shaker. Spheroid aggregates were then cul-tured in the medium of the adding FN or LN and the distances of migrated of tumor cells at dif-ferent time intervals were examined.The results indicate that fibronectin(FN)or laminin (LN)can promote the motility of the LA1,LA5 cells, and the migration of LA5 cell is more fast. |
