A patient presenting with polymyalgia rheumatica-like symptomswas found to have non-Hodgkin's lymphoma which later transformedinto acute lymphoblastic leukaemia. The association of polymyalgia rheumatica-like symptoms andlymphoreticular/haematological malignancies is discussed.
