摘    要:
[目的 ]建立大豆皂甙Ba和Bb的含量测定方法 .[方法 ]应用反相高效液相色谱法 ,采用ODS AM 30 3色谱柱 (YMC ,4 6mm× 2 5 0mm ,5 μm) ,以含 1mL/L三氟乙酸的乙腈 水 ( 40∶6 0 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 10nm .[结果 ]大豆皂甙Ba和Bb分别在 2 2 4~ 11 2 0 μg和 2 35~ 11 80 μg范围内线性关系良好 ,日内RSD分别为 3 15 %和 3 98% .[结论 ]本方法准确度高 ,重现性好 ,适用于B类大豆皂甙的含量测定 .

Abstract:
OBJECTIVETo establish a method for determination of soyasaponin Ba and Bb.METHODSSoyasaponin Ba and Bb were detected by a reversed-phase liquid chromatographic method. The separation was performed in ODS-AM-303 column (YMC, 4.6mm×250mm, 5μm), with acetonitrile-water (40∶60) containing 1mL/L trifluoroacetic acid as a mobile phase. The detect wavelength was set at 210nm.RESULTSThe method was proved to be linear in the range of 2 24~11 20μg and 2 35~11 80μg, and the intra-day coefficients of variation of assay for soyasaponin Ba and Bb were 3 15% and 3 98%, respectively. CONCLUSIONThe method is accurate and reproducible, suitable for determination of soyasaponin Ba and Bb.
