妇科术后拔除尿管时机的探讨

目的探讨妇科手术后拔除尿管的最佳时机,以降低留置尿管对患者术后排尿功能的影响。方法选取在我院妇科行腹式手术的患者100例,随机分成两组,每组各50例,两组均于术后48h拔尿管,观察组于输液剩余500ml时拔除尿管,对照组于输液完后立即拔除尿管,观察对比两组患者第一次排尿情况、第一次排尿量、尿潴留发生率、是否需重新导尿等情况。结果观察组和对照组在第一次排尿情况、第一次排尿量、尿潴留发生率等方面比较有显著性差异,观察组尿潴留发生率明显低于对照组。结论妇科术后留置尿管者首选于膀胱充盈时拔除尿管。

THE DISCUSSION OF THE OPPORTUNITY OF REMOVING THE CATHETER AFTER GYNECOLOGIC SURGERY

Objective To investigate the best time to remove catheter after gynecology operation in order to reduce the adverse influence of indwelling catheter on urinary function. Method 100 patients undergoing abdominal gynecology surgery were selected and subdivided randomly into two groups, each 50. In observing group the catheter were removed when infusion fluid remained 500ml, while in control group removed immediately after infusion finished. Compared two groups of patients with voiding observation time, volume of the first micturition, the incidence of urinary retention, the need to re-catheterization, and so on. Result There were significant difference between the two groups, especially in the observation group the incidence of urinary retention was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion The best time to remove catheter for gynecology post operative patients with indwelling catheter is when the bladder is full.
