异搏停和山莨菪碱对大鼠被动型Heymann肾炎病变的影响

摘    要:
本实验应用抗大鼠肾小管抗原的抗血清制做大鼠被动型Heymann肾炎(PHN)动物模型,并选用异搏停和山莨菪碱进行处理,观察两药对其病变的影响,结果表明:异搏停及山莨菪碱处理的大鼠尿蛋白均明显低于PHN组,病理组织损伤亦有一定程度的改善。提示:上述两药均对大鼠PHN病变有一定的治疗作用。

Abstract:
An animal model of passive Heymann nephritis(PHN)in rats was madewith the antiserum against renal tubular antigen(Tub-Ag)of rats.Verapamil andAnisodamine were chosen to treat the rats with PHN and effects of these two drugson pathologic changes in PHN were observed.The results showed that proteinuria in grouptreated by Verapamil or Anisodamine was apparently lower than that in group ofPHN.The tissue injuries in groups treated by these two drugs were ameliorated to acertain extent.The results suggested that these two drugs had curative effects to thepathologic changes of PHN in rats.
