贝母兰属植物化学成分及药理活性研究进展

摘    要:
目的了解贝母兰属植物化学成分和药理作用的国内外研究状况。方法查阅国内外有关贝母兰属植物研究的文献,了解上述两方面的基本情况。结果与结论目前贝母兰属植物研究所涉及的种类有11种,从该属植物中分离出化学成分29种,包括菲类、联苄和甾体化合物等结构类型。药理研究表明,一些种及所含成分在解痉、抗氧化、抗菌等方面显示了较好的活性。开展贝母兰属植物的研究,对发现新的药用活性成分及资源保护有重要意义。

Abstract:
ObjectiveTo understand the status of chemical and pharmacological researches on plants of the genus Coelogyne.MethodsInvestigate literature in the world on the chemical and pharmacological researches on the genus.Results and ConclusionEleven species of Coelogyne genus were studied and 29 compounds were isolated and characterized including phenanthrenes,bibenzyls and steroidal compounds,and some plants and compounds exhibited spasmolytic,antioxidative and antimicrobial activities.Studies on plants of the genus would have important significance to the finding of new bioactive compounds and the protection of resources.
