| 摘 要： | 对 6 9例良、恶性腹水中甘氨酰脯氨酸二肽氨基肽酶 (GPDA)进行检测 ,并与 Tch、CEA检测比较。结果显示腹水 GPDA在恶性腹水组明显高于良性腹水组 ,分别为 5 5 .2± 30 .0 u/ ml和 19.8± 17.3u/ ml,P<0 .0 1。以 >35 u/ ml为界值诊断恶性腹水的敏感性为 94.4%,特异性为 96 .9%与 Tch相似 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,而明显优于 CEA,(P<0 .0 1)。研究表明 :腹水 GPDA为恶性腹水的新标记 ,其价值不亚于甚或略优于腹水总胆固醇

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the differential diagnosis between benign and malignant ascitic fluid.The ascitic GPDA was determined in 69 cases of ascitic fluid of various causes,and compared with the ascitic Tch and CEA determined simultaneously.Result:The ascitic GPDA in malignant group was significantly higher than that in benign one,55.2 30.0U and 19.8 7.3U respectively,P<0.001.If 35u was taken as cutoff value for the diagnosis of malignant ascites,the sensitivity and specificity of ascitic GPDA for the diagnosis of malignant ascites were 94.4% and 96.9%respectively,which were similar to that of Tch,P>0.05,but higher than that of CEA significantly.Conclusion:Ascitic GPDA is a new marker for the diagnosis of malignant ascites,the diagnostic value of which is similar to or even slightly better than that of ascitic Tch. |
