| 摘 要： | 探讨糖瘀平的降糖机理 ,采用四氧嘧啶造模方法 ,以西药降糖灵和中成药芪蛭降糖胶囊作为对照组进行实验研究。结果 ,糖瘀平具有提高Alloxan糖尿病大鼠肝糖原、丙酮酸激酶、血浆胰岛素含量 ,降低血浆胰高血糖素含量的作用。说明该药的降糖作用是多因素、多环节的综合效应。

| Abstract: | In order to study the reducing blood sugar mechanism of the medicine,experimental study was conducted by making models with alloxan treated with this medicine and others treated with phenformin and prepared Chinese medicine Qi Zhi Jiang Tang capsules as the control group.It shows that this medicine bears an action of improving the content of alloxan diabetes rats hepatic glycogen,acetone acetokinase and plasma insulin,and reducing the content of high blood sugar of plasma insulin.All those indicate that the action of the reducing blood sugar of the medicine is synthetic effect of many factors and links. |
