冬虫夏草对糖尿病肾病患者转化生长因子β1及Ⅳ型胶原水平的影响

摘    要:目的观察冬虫夏苹制荆对糖尿病肾病(DN)患者血清TGF-β1、Ⅳ型胶原水平的影响,探讨其临床意义及机制。方法选取40例糖尿病肾病患者(DN组),分别采取应用冬虫夏草治疗前和治疗后12及24周时的静脉血和24小时尿,测定患者血清TGF—β1、Ⅳ型胶原水平及24小时尿蛋白量,并与40例健康者(对照组)做对照。结果与对照组比较,DN组治疗前血清TGF—β1、Ⅳ型胶原及尿蛋白含量明显增高(P〈0.01)。DN组经治疗12、24周时与治疗前比较,血清TGF—β1、Ⅳ型胶原及尿蛋白含量明显下降(P〈0.01)。结论冬虫夏草在临床上可降低耱尿病患者血清TGF-β1、Ⅳ型胶原水平及24小时尿蛋白量,其机制可能由于冬虫夏苹通过下调肾组织TGF—β1、CTGF表达,抑制胶原分泌,发挥抗纤维化的作用,从而有效保护肾脏。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of Cordyceps sinensis on the transforming growth factor β1(TGF-β1) and Ⅳ collagens in patients with diabetic nephropathy and investigate its clinical significance and mechanism. Methods Forty patients diagnosed as diabetic nephropathy were chosen as subjects. Venous blood samples and urine samples were obtained in all patients before and after administration of Cordyceps sinensis for 12 and 24 weeks. The levels of TGF-β1 , Ⅳ collagens and total urinary proteins per 24 h were detected. Forty healthy subjects were enrolled as controls. Results The levels of serum TGF-β1, Ⅳ collagens and 24h urine protein in the diabetic patients before treatment were significantly higher than those in controls. After the administration of Cordyceps sinensis for 12 and 24 weeks, the levels of TGF-β1, Ⅳ collagens and 24h urine protein obviously decreased, Conclusion Cordyceps sinensis can decrease the levels of TGF-β1, Ⅳ collagens and 24h urine protein in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Cordyceps sinensis may achieve its therapeutic effects in diabetic nephropathy by suppressing the expression of TGF-β1 and CTGF in kidneys and inhibiting collagen production.
