芦荟多糖的抗疲劳作用研究

摘    要:目的探讨芦荟多糖的抗疲劳作用。方法160只昆明种雄性小鼠随机均分成4组,用芦荟多糖低、中、高3个剂量给小鼠灌胃,对照组给等剂量蒸馏水,15d后小鼠游泳造成疲劳,测定小鼠力竭时游泳时间、血乳酸(LAC)、血清尿素氮(BUN)及肝糖原。结果芦荟多糖能明显延长小鼠负重游泳时间,明显提高小鼠运动后肝糖原的含量,降低BUN和LAC的含量。结论芦荟多糖对小鼠具有显著抗疲劳作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the antifatigue effect of Aloe Barbadensis Polysaccharide. Methods 160 male mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: three groups were given Aloe Barbadensis Polysaccharide at low,medium and high doses respectively, and the control group with the distilled water through gastric tube for 15 days. After the last fed,mice were forced to swim to induce exercise fatigue. Then,hepatic glycogen, blood lactic acid and blood urea nitrogen (BUN)were measured respectively. Results The burden swimming time in mice in three Aloe Barbadensis Polysaccharide groups was significantly increased, so was the reserve of hepatic glycogen. Blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and blood lactic acid were decreased after strenuous exercise. Conclusion Aloe Barbadensis Polysaccharide has antifatigue effect.
