| 摘 要： | 目的建立同时测定复方丹参滴丸中丹参紊和原儿荼醛含量高效液相色谱法。方法选用C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(19:80:1),检测波长为279nm。结果丹参素和原几荼醛分别在10-80mg/L和2-16mg/L范围内线性关系良好,丹参素和原儿茶醛的平均回收率分别为99.5%和99.7%,RSD分别为1.6%和1.3%。结论方法简便,灵敏,准确,样品处理简便易行,可作为复方丹参滴九的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish determination of salvianic acid A and protocatechuic aldehyde in compound salvianic dripping pills by HPLC at one time. Method To choose C18 pole,flowage posture is carbinol-water-ice acetic acid(19:80:1),detect wavelength is 279 nm. Result Salvianic acid A and protocatechuic aldehyde are good of linearity relation in range of 10-80mg/L and 2-16mg/L respectively, The average callback rate of salvianic acid A and protocatechuic aldehyde are 99. 5% and 99. 7% respectively,RSD are 1.6% and 1. 3% respectively. Conclusion Method is handy,delicacy,nicety,Sample disposal is handy and easy,it can be used as qulity control method of compound salvianic dripping pills. |
