国产聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶(奥美定)在整形外科中的应用

目的　总结采用国产注射型聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶 (奥美定 )软组织填充剂的临床经验。方法　从 1999年 5月至 2 0 0 0年 6月 ,采用这种新型的软组织填充材料填充乳房、面颊、颞部、臀部等 ,共 781例 ,其中女性 776例 ,男性 5例 ,年龄 17～ 74岁。结果　本组病例填充前后比较 ,均获得满意的结果 ,总体并发症占 0 .8% ,经处理痊愈。结论　近期效果良好 ,并发症少而轻 ,不失为一种有前途的理想的软组织填充剂

The application of hydrophilic polyacrylamide gel (Amazingel) as soft tissue filling agent in plastic surgery

Objective This article summarized the experience of using hydrophilic polyacrylamide gel (Amazingel) as an injectable soft tissue filling agent. Methods From May. 1999 to june.2000, we used this agent as implant material in breast,cheek,temple.chin,lower extremity and buttock in 781 cases. Results By comparing the pre-filling and post-filling appearance in our cases,we found the results satisfactory.The total complication rate was 0.8%,all of them were cured. Conclusion The results of our cases demonstrate that the preliminary effect of using hydrophilic polyacrylamide gel is excellent with lesser complications.It is probably an ideal soft tissue filling agent.
