丙卡特罗治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床观察

目的?评价丙卡特罗治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘及伴过敏性鼻炎的疗效。方法: 例咳嗽变异性哮喘的患儿随机分为对照组和观 98察组。对照组 46 例给予咳必清治疗咳嗽,伴过敏性鼻炎加用异丙嗪;观察组 52 名,给予丙卡特罗治疗咳嗽及过敏性鼻炎。结果:观察组咳嗽有效率 90.4%,对照组 39.1%,两组比较有显著差异( P < 0.01);观察组过敏性鼻炎有效率 81.8%,对照组 85.0%,两组比较无显著差异( P > 0.05)。结论:丙卡特罗治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘及伴过敏性鼻炎有较好疗效。

Observation of procarterol treatment of cough ovariant asthma

Objective: To evaluate the effect of procarterol in treating cough variant asthma or accompanied with allergic rhinitis. Methods: 98 cases with cough variant asthma were divided into two groups: control group and observed group. 46 cases of control group had 20 cases of cough variant asthma with allergic rhinitis in it, who were treated for cough with pentoxyverine and treated for allergic rhinitis with promethazine. All of 52 cases of observed, including 22 cases of that with allergic rhinitis, were treated with procarterol. Results: The effective rate of treatment of cough in observed group was 90.4 percent, while that in control group was 39.1 percent. There was significant difference between two groups (P < 0.01). The effective rate of treatment of allergic rhinitis in observed group was 81.8 percent, and that in control group was 85.0 percent. There was no significant difference (P > 0.05). Conclusion: The effect of procarterol treatment of cough variant asthma, and asthma with allergic rhinitis is satisfactory.
