针刺丰隆单穴及其配穴对高脂血症大鼠LPL HL及肝细胞脂肪变性的效应比较

目的:研究针刺丰隆单穴及其配穴对高脂血症大鼠血清脂蛋白代谢酶及肝脏组织细胞脂肪变性的影响作用及其效应差别。方法:采用高脂饮食饲料喂养造成高脂血症大鼠模型。将40只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、丰隆单穴组和丰隆配穴组,每组10只。空白组每天给予基础饲料喂养,其余3组每天给予高脂饲料喂养。造模第15天给予丰隆单穴组、丰隆配穴组针刺治疗。治疗5周后,所有大鼠腹腔静脉取血检测LPL、HL。摘取肝脏进行油红"O"染色。结果:丰隆单穴组、丰隆配穴组的LPL、HL均明显高于模型组,有极显著性差异(P<0.01),丰隆单穴组与丰隆配穴组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。丰隆单穴组和丰隆配穴组均比模型组脂肪细胞小、数量少、染色浅。丰隆配穴组的肝组织脂肪细胞明显比丰隆单穴组染色浅,密度相对小。结论:针刺丰隆单穴或丰隆、关元、内关3穴合用均可提高高脂血症大鼠血清LPL、HL的活性,催化TG水解,二者作用的差异不显著。针刺丰隆单穴或丰隆、关元、内关3穴合用均可减轻肝细胞内脂肪的堆积,对肝脏组织细胞脂肪变性具有一定的改善作用。其中,针刺丰隆、关元、内关3穴的效果优于丰隆单穴,能更好的调控肝脏脂质代谢。

Different Regulative Effects on LPL and HL of Hyperlipemia Rat Model by Acupuncture on Fenglong(ST.40) Acupoint and Combination of Acupoints

Objective:To observe the different regulative effects on LPL and HL of hyperlipemia rat model and the mechanism by acupuncture on Fenglong(ST.40) acupoint and combination of acupoints.Methods:The model was fed with high fat diet.40 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 rats in each group:blank control group,model group,Fenglong(ST.40) acupoint group and combination of acupoints group.Rats in the blank control group were fed with basic diet everyday,while the rest groups were fed with high fat diet everyday.After two weeks,the rats in the Fenglong(ST.40) acupoint group and combination of acupoints group were treated with acupuncture respectively.After 5 weeks of treatment,blood samples were drawn from celiac vein for test of LPL and HL.At the same time,liver was selected for test of fatty cells by Lillie.Results:The LPL and HL in Fenglong(ST.40) acupoint group and combination of acupoints group ascended greater than the model group(P<0.01).But the both two groups had not difference(P>0.05).The fatty cells of liver in combination of acupoints group were more little and smaller than the model group and Fenglong(ST.40) acupoint group.Conclusion:Fenglong(ST.40) acupoint group and combination of acupoints group have good effects on increasing LPL and HL in hyperlipemia rat model.Combination of acupoints group has better regulative effects than Fenglong(ST.40) acupoint group on the fatty cells of liver.
