三黄破瘀散外敷治疗创伤性软组织肿痛的疗效观察

目的观察三黄破瘀散外敷治疗创伤性软组织肿痛的临床疗效。方法临床选择286例创伤性软组织肿痛患者，根据初诊日单双数分为两组，治疗组150例，对照组136例，两组患者局部冷敷后，治疗组采用三黄破瘀散外敷，对照组采用周林频谱仪治疗，观察两组疼痛和肿胀的改善情况。结果治疗组用药后12h、24h、36h、48h疼痛及肿胀改善程度与对照组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论三黄破瘀散外敷对创伤性软组织肿痛有较好的消肿、止痛作用。

Clinical effect of Sanhuang Poyu Powder on traumatic soft tissue pain by external use

Objective To observe the clinical effect on traumatic soft tissue pain with ＂Sanhuang Poyu Powder＂ external use. Methods Totally 286 eases with traumatic soft tissue pain were divided into two groups： 150 cases in treatment group and 136 cases in control group. After cold compress, the treatment group were applied with ＂Sanhuang Poyu Powder＂ for external use, the control group were treated by ＂ZhouLin frequency spectrograph＂. The improvment of pain and swelling in two groups were observed. Results Compared with control group, the pain and swelling degree of treatment group relieved significantly after 12,24,36 and 48 hours, which showed significant differ- ence between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Sanhuang Poyu Powder has a good effect on detumescence and analgesic of traumatic soft tissue pain.
