临床护理路径在大面积脑梗死中的护理体会

目的探讨并总结临床护理路径在大面积脑梗死患者护理中的护理方法及应用价值。方法选取我院2011年4月至2012年7月收治的54例大面积脑梗死患者,随机平分为观察组和对照组,每组27例。观察组采取制定好的临床护理路径进行相关护理,对照组采取常规护理干预,对两组患者护的FAM积分、Barthd指数、住院天数、并发症的发生率及患者的满意度进行观察比较。结果护理后,两组患者的FAM积分、Barthd指数均有所提高,观察组患者的改善程度更为明显,住院时间短,并发症发生率显著降低,患者的满意度提高,各项指标差异显著,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论在大面积脑梗死患者的护理中掌握临床护理路径,提高了护理质量,改善了患者的临床症状及预后,具有重要的临床应用价值。

Clinical nursing path nursing experience in a large area of infarction

Objective To investigate and summarize the clinical care path approach to care in the care of patients with massive cerebral infarction and value.Methods 54 cases admitted to our hospital from April 2011 to July 2012,a large area of cerebral infarction,flat randomly divided into observation group and control group,27 cases in each group.The observation group to take to develop good clinical care path-related care control group to take routine care intervention on two groups of patients protected FAM points Barthd index,length of stay,incidence of complications and patient satisfaction were observed and compared.Results Nursing,two groups of patients with FAM Points,Barthd Index has increased,observed more evident improvement of the patients,shorter hospital stay,significantly reduce the incidence of complications,improve patient satisfaction,the index difference significant(P <0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion The clinical care path in the care of patients with massive cerebral infarction Yong Yong,improve the quality of care,improve the clinical symptoms and prognosis,has important clinical value.
