虫草多糖口服液的急性及亚慢性毒性实验研究

摘    要:
目的:研究虫草多糖口服液的急性及亚慢性毒性。方法:按中华人民共和国国家标准《食品安全性毒理学评价程序和方法》中有关的方法进行。结果:小鼠急性毒性LD50〉10000mg/kg,属实际无毒级;蓄积系数K〉5.3,属轻度蓄积;小鼠微核、Ames试验均为阴性;精子畸形试验显示,虫草多糖口服液有随剂量升高,小鼠精子畸形率反而下降的趋势,但与对照组比较P〉0.05;亚慢性毒性实验表明,其对动物体重、血液常规及生化等各项指标均元明显的损伤作用,病理组织学检查肝、肾末见病理改变。结论:虫草多糖口服液无明显的毒性,有降低小鼠精子畸形率的趋势。

Abstract:
Objective:To study the acute and subchronic toxicity of the cordyceps sininesis polysaccharides oral liquid.Methods:The tests were carried out by the Process and Methods of Food Security Toxicological Estimation.Results: The mouse acute toxicity test showed LD_ 50 >10 000 mg/kg, and the acute toxicity level was actual non-toxicity. The accumulation test showed K (accumulation coefficient) >5.3, and the accumulation level was low-grade accumulation. The results of mouse micronucleus aberration test and Ames test were all negative. Mouse sperm abnormality test showed the sperm abnormality rate decreased with the cordyceps sininesis polysaccharides oral liquid dose increasing, but P>0.05 compared with the control group. The avoirdupois and biochemical routine examination of the mouse were all normal by chromosome aberration test, and the mouse liver and kidney didn't show any pathological damage.Conclusion:The cordyceps sininesis oral liquid was non-toxic. Besides that cordyceps sininesis polysaccharides oral liquid can decrease the mouse sperm abnormality rate.
