介入化疗在宫颈癌综合治疗中的临床研究

 目的　观察介入化疗在巨块型及复发型宫颈癌综合治疗 中的价值。方法　从1996年6月至1998年12月共收治58例宫颈癌介入化疗加 放疗或及手术治疗，其中初次治疗39例均为巨块型，肿瘤直径平均5.6厘米。复发性宫颈癌 19例。结果　总有效率70.69%，初次治疗组为89.74%，复发组为31.58% ，两组差异有显著性。结论　介入化疗对巨块型宫颈癌有较好的近期疗效， 但应积极配合放疗或手术，可望提高治愈率。对复发型宫颈癌也有较好的近期疗效，但对放 疗后近期内盆腔及局部复发的患者，介入化疗收效甚微。

Clinical Study of Interventional Chemotherapy in Comprehensive Treatment of Carcinoma of the Cervix

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of the i nterventional chemotherapy,which is used in comprehensive treatment of bulking a nd recurrent carcinoma of the cervix.Methods From June 1996 to D ecember 1998,there were 58 consecutive patients with cervical cancer in this stu dy of catheterization chemotherapy by internal iliac artery and radiation or sur gery.39 of 58 patients with primary and bulking cervical carcinomas average di ameter are 5.6cm.19 patients with recurrent tumors were treated.Results Overall objective response rate 70.69% was achieved.The percentage of previously untreated patients was 89.74%;that of recurrent disease was 31.58% .The difference between these two groups was statistically significant.C onclusion In this series the interventional chemotherapy with radiation or surgery was very effective to bulking and recurrent cervix cancer.But it does not work to the patients with recent recurrent of irradiated,who have disease i n pelvic and locally failure cervix cancer.
