| Abstract: | The author analysed the diagnosis and sugical tratment of 28 patients with Hashimotols thyroiditis. Di-agnosis was difficut when thyroiditis complicated with orther disordeis. The surgical intervention should be cautious.Preoperative needl biopsy of the thyroid of frozen section in operation can help to establish the diagnosis and guide tochoice the modle of opration. |
