D101型树脂对芍药苷吸附分离性能的研究

摘    要:目的:研究大孔吸附树脂分离富集赤芍中芍药苷的性能。方法:采用HPLC法测定芍药苷的含量;考察大孔吸附树脂对芍药苷的吸附性能以及洗脱参数。结果:D101大孔吸附树脂对提取液中芍药苷的最佳分离条件为:上柱液浓度为2.5mg,mL、流速为3.6BV/h,芍药苷比吸附量达32.2mg/g,20%乙醇洗脱率为91.25%。芍药苷纯度可达73.70%。结论:D101大孔吸附树脂可用于赤芍中芍药苷的分离富集。

Abstract:Objective:To study the separation effect of D_(101) macroporous resin for the purification of Paeoniflorin in Radix Paeonia.Methods:HPLC was used to analyze the content of Paeoniflorin,and the adsorption performance and the elution parameters were investigated.Results:The optimal separation conditions were as follows:the concentration of Paeoniflorin was 2.5mg/mL with a flow rate of 3.6BV/h,and 20% alcohol was used as eluant.The adsorption of Paeoniflorin was 32.2mg/g,and the elution ratio of Paeoniflorin was 91.25%,and the purity of Paeoniflorin reached 73.70%.Conclusion:D_(101) resin can be used to refine the Paeoniflorin in the extraction of Radix Paeonia.
