| 摘 要： | 2012年6月国务院办公厅《关于县级公立医院综合改革试点的意见》正式下发，标志着县级公立医院综合改革将全面开始启动。县级公立医院做为公立医院改革的突破口，对于完善县域医疗服务体系、统筹城乡发展有着重要意义，本文将从政府投入和医院自身建设等角度探讨县级公立医院改革发展之路。

| Abstract: | The view on comprehensive reform pilot of county-level public hospitals was officially issued by the General Office of the State Council in June 2012,marking the onset of the comprehensive reform of public hospitals at the county level.As the breach of public hospital reform,the county-level public hospitals play the significant role in improving county medical service system and balancing urban and rural development.This article explores the development of county-level public hospitals from the point view of the government investment and the hospital self construction. |
