| 摘 要： | 目的了解西部贫困地区农村婴幼儿喂养现状和影响喂养行为的因素,为进一步进行营养综合干预提供依据。方法在国家级和省级贫困县陕西省商南县,应用自编问卷对2个乡镇的494名儿童的家长进行现状调查。结果动物性食物的适宜添加率在母亲的不同文化程度之间的差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.141,P<0.01),有随文化程度升高而上升的趋势。婴幼儿辅食制作方式的影响因素有家庭经济水平(χ2=13.801,P<0.01)及母亲文化程度(χ2=16.198,P<0.01)。结论家庭的经济收入及母亲的文化程度是影响婴幼儿动物性食物的适宜添加率及辅食制作方式的主要影响因素。
