中西医结合治疗慢性肺源性心脏病40例总结

目的：观察中西医结合治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期的临床疗效。方法：对照组40例采用西医常规治疗，治疗组采用中西医结合治疗，主要观察两组治疗前后临床症状、体征、血气分析指标、血象变化、肝肾功能等改善情况。结果：两组治疗前后临床症状、体征、血气分析、血象指标明显好转，治疗组在疾病疗效、血气分析指标等方面明显优于对照组。结论：中西医结合治疗慢性肺心病急性加重期疗效明显。

A Summary on 40 Cases of Chronic Cor Pulmonale Treated with the Therapy of Combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine

Objective： To observe the clinical effect on chronic cor pulmonale in acute exacerbation treated with the therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine. Method ： 40 cases in the control group were treated by western routine therapy and 40 cases in the treatment group treated with the therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine. The improve- ment of symptoms, signs, index of blood gas analysis, hemogram, liver and renal function were observed. Results ： Symptoms, signs, index of blood gas analysis and hemogram improved obviously after treatment in two groups. The clinical effect and index of blood gas analysis in the treatment group were superior to that in the control group. Conclusion ： The therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine had marked effect for treating chronic cor pulmonale in acute exacerbation.
