摘    要:目的:评价我国干预糖代谢异常人群对心脑血管事件的影响。方法:检索文献,收集我国社区干预糖代谢异常人群对心脑血管事件影响的随机对照试验,评价试验质量,进行荟萃分析。结果:纳入文献9篇,干预组1376例,对照组1025例,平均随访56.25个月。与对照组比较,干预组发生心脑血管事件减少(OR=0.37, P<0.01),全因死亡风险则无减少(OR=0.70,P>0.05)。结论:对糖代谢异常人群进行干预可以减少心脑血管事件的发生,但不能减少全因死亡。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the impact of intervention of the population with abnormal glucose metabolism on the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (CVD) events in our country. Methods: Randomized controlled trials of community intervention of the population with abnormal glucose metabolism that impacted on the CVD events were collected, and their quality was evaluated and a meta-analysis was conducted through literature search. Results:The intervention group included 1376 cases and the control group of 1025 cases, and on the average, the case of the experience was followed up for 56.25 months in nine lectures. Compared with the control group, the CVD events in the intervention group reduced (OR=0.37, P〈0.01). There was no reduction of the risk for all-cause mortality (OR=0.70, P〉0.05). Conclusion:The intervention of the population with abnormal glucose metabolism can reduce the CVD events, but can not reduce all-cause mortality.
