参芎龙蝎汤治疗脑梗死临床研究

目的探讨参芎龙蝎汤治疗脑梗死的临床效果。方法将240例脑梗死患者按照随机对照的方法分成治疗组和对照组各120例,对照组给予常规治疗加丹红注射液,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上,予以参芎龙蝎汤口服,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组患者总有效率95.0%,对照组患者总有效率80.0%,治疗组治疗效果明显好于对照组,两组相比差异有统计学意义（P驥0.01）。神经功能缺损评分,治疗后两组评分较治疗前均有显著下降,具有显著性差异（P驥0.01）,血液流变学改变两组有显著性差异。结论参芎龙蝎汤治疗脑梗死安全有效,且疗效明显优于常用药物丹红注射液,值得在临床中推广应用。

Shenxiong Dragon Scorpion Decoction in the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shenxiong Dragon Scorpion Decoction in the treatment of cerebral infarctiorL Methods By randomized controlled method, 240 cases of cerebral infarction patients were divided into treatment group and control group with 120 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment plus Danhong Injection, the treatment group was given Shenxiong Dragon Scorpion Decoction in addition to the routine treatment and Danhong Injection. The clinical effects on two groups of patients were statistically compared. Results The total effectiveness rate in the treatment group was 95%, the total effectiveness rate in the control group was 80%, the effect on the treatment group was better than on the control group, there was a significant difference between two groups （P〈0.01）. After treatment the neurological deficit scores of two groups were decreased than those before treatment, with significant differences （P〈0.01）. There was a significant difference between the hemorheology changes of two groups （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of Shenxiong Dragon Scorpion Decoction combined with Danhong injection is better than that of Danhong injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction.
