| 摘 要： | 摘要通过运用数据包络分析对2006—2011年生物制剂工业所占份额前15省份的技术效率和规模效率进行分析,结论为各年技术效率的变动大于规模效率的变动,15省份间技术效率的差距大于规模效率。通过技术效率和规模效率结合分析,将15省份分为5类,并针对每一类提出改进建议。

| Abstract: | ABSTRACT By using data envelopment analysis （DEA）, the technology efficiency and scale efficiency of the top 15 provinces selected based on the share of biological agents industry were analyzed during 2006-2011. The fluctuations each year are bigger in technology efficiency than in scale efficiency, and also the gap among 15 provinces is larger in technology efficiency than in scale efficiency. The 15 provinces could be divided into five categories by the analysis of the combination of technical efficiency with scale efficiency, and the improvement suggestions were proposed for each category. |
