针刀治疗慢性下腰痛患者的临床疗效

目的：探讨针刀治疗慢性下腰痛的应用及疗效。方法：将147例慢性下腰痛患者分为两组。治疗组72例，依据关键性治疗点，采用针刀治疗，1次/7 d，3次为1个疗程，共2个疗程。对照组75例采用电针联合特定电磁波谱治疗，1次/2 d，10次为1个疗程，共2个疗程。对两组疗效进行比较。结果：治疗组治疗前与治疗近期和远期（4个月）的VAS差值分别为（4.14＆#177;0.98）分和（3.56＆#177;1.06）分，对照组则分别为（3.12＆#177;1.34）分和（2.47＆#177;1.28）分，组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：针刀治疗慢性下腰痛有较好的临床疗效，明显优于电针联合特定电磁波谱治疗。

Clinical observation of acupotomy in the treatment of patients with chronic low back pain

Objective：To explore the application and efifcacy of the acupotomy in the treatment of chronic low back pain （CLBP）. Methods：One hundred and forty-seven patients with CLBP were divided into two groups. The treatment group with 72 patients was treated with the acupotomy, 1/7 d, 3 times as a course, and a total of two courses of treatment according to the key point of treatment. The control group with 75 patients was treated with the electro-acupuncture instrument with speciifc electromagnetic specteam treatment, 1/2d, 10 times as a course and a total of two courses. The effect was compared between two groups. Results：The differential values of visual analogue scale in treatment group were 4.14＆#177;0.98 and 3.56＆#177;1.06 for the short and long term （4 months later） treatments respectively, while the ones in the control group were 3.12＆#177;1.34 and 2.47＆#177;1.28 respectively. There was signiifcant difference between two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The clinical efifcacy of the treatment of CLBP with the acupotomy is signiifcantly better than that of the electro-acupuncture treatment with speciifc electromagnetic specteam treatment.
