Abstract:Objective To analyze the influencing factors of the mature autogenous arteriovenous internal fistula in uremic hemodialysis patients. Methods 134 uremia patients who received hemodialysis in the hospital from July 2016 to July 2020 were selected. Medical records were reviewed and relevant information was collected.Logistic regression analysis was used to determine the influencing factors of the maturation of autologous arteriovenous fistula. Results Among 134 uremic hemodialysis patients, 114 cases had mature internal fistula, 20 cases had immature internal fistula, the immature rate was 14.93%. Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that hypotension, age ≥ 60 years, diabetes mellitus, hypoalbuminemia and no use of calcium channel blockers during perioperative period were the independent influencing factors for the maturation of autologous arteriovenous fistula in patients with uremia hemodialysis(P<0.05). Conclusion The factors affecting the maturation of autologous arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients with uremia were related to blood pressure, diabetes mellitus, age, hypoalbuminemia and no use of calcium channel blockers in perioperative period.
