Value analysis of color Doppler ultrasonography in the clinical diagnosis of fetal distress in pregnancy induced-hypertension

Objective To analyze the value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the clinical diagnosis of fetal distress in pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods 98 pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension were selected as the observation group,and 98 normal pregnant women during the same period were selected as the control group.Both groups were examined by ultrasound Doppler ultrasonography.Both groups were compared in terms of resistance index(RI) and pulsatility index(PI) of the renal artery(RA),middle cerebral artery(MCA),umbilical artery(UA),and peak systolic velocity/end diastolic velocity(S/D);the postpartum diagnosis result was used as the gold standard,and the coincidence rate of ultrasound diagnosis in the observation group was observed.Results The RI,PI,and S/D of RA and UA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the RI,PI,and S/D of MCA were lower than those in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Taking the results of postpartum diagnosis as the gold standard,the coincidence rates of ultrasound diagnosis of umbilical cord around the neck,bradycardia,tachycardia,oligohydramnios,and UA S/D>3.00 in the observation group were 100.00%,100.00%,100.00%,96.00%,92.68%,and the total diagnostic coincidence rate was 95.92%.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography has a high value in the clinical diagnosis of fetal distress in pregnancy induced hypertension,which can effectively detect fetal distress,so as to intervene as soon as possible and ensure good pregnancy outcome.It is is recommended for clinical promotion.
