观察硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠期高血压的临床效果

目的 观察硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠期高血压的临床效果。方法 146例妊娠期高血压患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各73例。对照组患者单纯应用硫酸镁进行治疗,观察组患者应用硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔进行治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率为93.15%,高于对照组的82.19%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为5.48%,低于对照组的15.07%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠期高血压临床效果更显著,不良反应更少,具有安全有效的优势,适合在临床中推广应用。

Clinical effect of magnesium sulfate combined with labetalol in the treatment of hypertension during pregnancy

Objective To observe the clinical effect of magnesium sulfate combined with labetalol in the treatment of hypertension during pregnancy.Methods A total of 146 patients with hypertension during pregnancy were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 73 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with magnesium sulfate alone,and patients in the observation group were treated with magnesium sulfate and labetalol.The therapeutic effects and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.15%,which was higher than 82.19%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.48%,which was lower than 15.07%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Magnesium sulfate in combination with labetalol has significant clinical effect in the treatment of hypertension during pregnancy,with fewer adverse reactions.It is safe and effective,and is suitable for clinical promotion and application.
