摘    要:
传统观点认为心律失常的发生机制主要与离子通道电流有关,近年来研究发现心脏中固有巨噬细胞和血液单核细胞分化而来的巨噬细胞,可通过调节ICa,T等离子通道影响离子电流,从而在心脏正常电传导中发挥作用,并与房性、室性心律失常密切相关.这为心律失常的治疗提供了新的思路.

Abstract:
The traditional view is that the pathogenesis of arrhythmias is focused on the ion channel current.Recent studies have found that macrophages differentiated from blood monocytes or intrinsic macrophages in the heart can influence ionic currents by regulating ion channels such as I;,thus playing a significant role in normal electrical conduction in the heart, and are closely associated with atrial or ventricular arrhythmias.It also provides a new idea for the treatment of arrhythmia.
