| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the adverse reactions and recommendations for clinical rational use of antineoplastic drug paclitaxel.Methods 100 patients treated with the antineoplastic drug paclitaxel were studied.All patients were rationally treated with the antineoplastic drug paclitaxel for 3 months continuously,and the occurrence of adverse reactions in patients was statistically analyzed.Results The 4 types of adverse reactions that accounted for a higher percentage of antineoplastic agents paclitaxel were bone marrow suppression(94.00%),alopecia(91.00%),hand and foot numbness(89.00%),and gastrointestinal reactions(81.00%),while other adverse reactions included hepatotoxicity,allergic reactions,fever,edema,muscle pain,and epilepsy.Conclusion There are many types of adverse reactions of antineoplastic drug paclitaxel,and it is necessary to strengthen the intervention of clinical rational drug use,so as to improve the rationality and safety of clinical application of antineoplastic drug paclitaxel. |
